Customer Support Gurus!!! We are a team of 10, firmly committed to consistently ensuring that all of our viewers have an awesome experience on our website iROKOtv, so that they keep coming back for more, assuring them that they are in safe hands.
We resolve content problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
We serve as a liaison between the management and viewers, collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs, working closely with our payment team, content team and Ooyala support, communicating day-to-day changes and issues arising on iROKOtv faced by viewers while watching movies.

Having worked in varied positions and roles at iROKO Partners, starting way back from a single room in Festac, I currently work as an Online - Live Chat Customer Support Representative in the Lagos office. My work has me chatting online with viewers on iROKOtv, providing them with information to address inquiries regarding the platform. I deal with and help resolve complaints faced while watching our movies in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies. I respond to emails and comments on iROKOtv, prepare customer support improvement templates and am always seeking creative ways to improve the quality of our chat with viewers, to maintain fast free flow responses during chat. I also create the weekly work schedules”.

“My name is Monye Ifeanyi (@Ifybrown007), and I currently work in the Customer Support Department. I am Nigerian born and raised. Though I studied Biotechnology, I have never been too far from the world of entertainment growing up, either in the movies or dance. Working with iROKO Partners has definitely brought entertainment closer to me. I started working with the company from day one in Lagos, way back in 2010 and have been privileged to work in almost all the departments as the company continues to expand. I am currently a Customer Support Guru, working with a team of 9 strong militants (lol..just kidding, they are very lovely people) who serve as the company's ears, eyes and mouth piece to our customers. We have been trained to meet needs of our viewers, assisting them perhaps if faced with any issue using the site, educating and of cause informing them on new developments on the site.
